Beginning July 11th the Covington Branch Library will be open on Saturdays from 9:00 am until 1:00 pm. The partial restoration of Saturday open hours is due in part to Library Staff accomplishing the reduction in expenditures for the remainder of the current budget year and also in part due to the Newton County Commissioners' work in saving the Library System from further budget cuts for the next budget year.
