Your Public Library!
How does it work? We operate as a community sharing agency. We share books, movies & music with you. So that everyone in the community has a fair chance to use this stuff we have a few simple rules. You have to bring everything back. Here's a description of what we have for you to borrow from us. We call it our collections. | ||||||||||||||||||||||

The Collections The Collections are arranged by age appropriateness of the item into three broad age ranges:
The children's collections are in the children's room while the adult and young adult collections are in the main part of the library. The collections are also arranged by format of the title, and you can often find the same title in a variety of formats.
An adult video is in the adult Audio Visual area and a children's video is in the Audio Visual area in the children's room. We use the Dewey Decimal system to organize our collections. Every item in the collection has a "call number" or shelf address. The call number is the key to finding any item in the collection. You can find the call number of any item by looking it up in our online catalog. |
