Friends of the Library

Join your FRIENDS at the library and become a Friend of the Newton County Library System! Share your love of the library with others who are just as enthusiastic as you.

Why should you become a Friend of the Library? You will:

• Provide volunteer support
• Raise private funds
• Support children’s programs
• Promote literacy and the love of books
• Sponsor cultural and literary programs
• Promote library advocacy in the community and on legislative issues
• Have the satisfaction of knowing that you are contributing to the enrichment of your community
